| The General Assembly of the Association québécoise de télédétection was held in Chicoutimi on 11 May 2005 during the 12th Congress of AQT (10 to 12 May 2005). Most of the members of the Administration Board renewed their mandate.
Thus, Mr. Yves Gauthier of INRS-Eau and Ms. Claire Gosselin of Synetix inc. remain, respectively, as President and Vice-president.
Ms. Christine Giguère of the Canadian Space Agency remains as representative from the federal government.
Mr. Mario Hinse from the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources and Fauna (MRNF) replaces Ms. Chantal Seuthé, also from MRNF, as representative of the provincial government.
Mr. Daniel Alvarez (Géoid inc.) and Mr. Stéphane Hardy (Viasat Géotechnologies) remain representatives for industry.
Mr. Benoit St-Onge, professor at UQAM, replaces Mr. Richard Fournier, professor at University of Sherbrooke, while Mr. Driss Aboudane, professor at the University of Chicoutimi remains, as representatives from the education sector.
Finally, Mr. Nicolas Gignac and Mr. Yannick Allard, both from the University of Sherbrooke, remain as student representatives. |
